Perhaps the area Guiding Capital has been able to help Trojan most is in developing a Sales and Marketing plan that properly matches up to their ambitions for the future. Trojan have some fantastic clients such as British Gas, TNT, Murco and Drayton Manor so we felt it was important their strategy focussed on delivering fantastic service and effective account management. This has delivered far improved customer service levels and better communication - so much so that TNT and British Gas have recently extended and enhanced their contracts.

Property

When Guiding Capital first invested in Trojan we felt that their offices were simply not fit for purpose, so we encouraged them to move. We linked them up with one of our property specialists who did a professional search of all the relevant agents and ultimately helped them negotiate highly attractive terms. Now, for only a fraction more rent than they were paying, they’re in a brand new building perfect for their requirements as the picture opposite proves.
