Ralph Catto

For years Ralph Catto has started, led and grown successful commercial and social enterprises. Prior to that in the 1990’s he became one of the youngest directors of a large UK stockbroking firm where he specialised in corporate finance including flotations, equity fund raising, acquisitions, takeovers and general corporate advice. His mantra is to be ‘successful and significant but success must come first’ and he knows the easiest way to achieve that is to work with brilliant people.

Richard Blundell

Richard Blundell is our commercial, sales and marketing specialist having spent the last 20 years leading sales teams across a variety of industries. Richard has always had an entrepreneurial background; in 1995 he co-founded an IFA firm that within three years became the highest per capita sales producer in the UK. In 2000 he co-founded 4th Contact, an online employee benefits portal that raised more than £1.2 million of funding and was ultimately sold to a UK Insurance giant.

Andrew Barker

Andrew is the Chief Executive of the Pemberstone Group, a privately owned investment business. It has interests in a range of businesses across the UK but also with a presence in Eastern Europe and the Far East. He is a director of 12 other companies with which Pemberstone works or has interests. This breadth of experience enables him to bring a strategic perspective to each role and Andrew has a passion for supporting businesses and teams that grow them.
